About the project

Shell conversion of an existing 19,200 square foot pickle warehouse into a multi-use commercial building. Work involved restoration of the 120 foot un-reinforced masonry facade by using gunite in the interior for structural support.  New architectural details included an 800 sq. ft. lobby entrance with a mezzanine and new store front windows. The extensive site work included two parking lots with a courtyard, landscaping and exterior lighting.
