About the project

The rehabilitation of Holbrook Hall was completed to house the consolidation of PSR services, support staff, faculty and academic spaces. The renovation was intended to maximize space efficiency and upgrade accessibility throughout the building while reflecting the progressive values of PSR and its stakeholders.

Color was infused into the 7,380 square feet of classrooms, along with window treatments, new carpet, lighting and new audio visual and technology access equipment while maintaining the historic façade and old world charm of the building.
