Site Superintendent


We’re looking for a Site Superintendent to join and grow with our team to help solve the housing and social issues facing the bay area! The role requires drive, flexibility and a can do attitude to effectively manage construction quality, budgets and schedules to elevate projects to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing large complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and construction quality while meeting or beating the project schedule and budget
  • Manage all aspects of the job site construction including day-to-day scheduling, building inspection scheduling, material and subcontractor schedules, and construction details
  • Inspect work performed by subcontractors for compliance with contract documents and all applicable codes and reference standards
  • Meet regularly with the clients and architects and act as the technical authority for client questions or concerns.
  • Schedule labor and crew requirements weekly. Ensure necessary tools are available
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and safe job site – conduct weekly safety meetings and document
  • Keep accurate paperwork, track and submit daily reports, field work orders, change orders, sign in sheets and injury reports
  • Review timecards and invoices for proper billing and cost coding
  • Review job cost reports monthly with the Project Manager including completed percentages and cost to complete
  • Coordinate the prompt completion of all punch list items and efficient demobilization from job site
Requirements
  • Minimum five years working as a construction superintendent.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor to promote and represent our company and core values
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Project, and Procore
  • Physical ability to navigate all areas of construction site and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Higher Education is a plus, particularly in construction management.

Assistant Project Manager


We’re looking for a confident, competent and self-motivated Assistant Project Manager to join and grow with our team to help solve the housing and social issues facing the Bay Area!

We’re looking for an assistant project manager to join and grow with our team to help address the housing and social issues facing the bay area! The role requires drive, flexibility and a can do attitude to effectively manage construction quality, budgets and schedules to elevate projects to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer construction contract work
  • Organize and process documents through internal and external frameworks
  • Review and process drawings, specifications, and submittals
  • Communicate with subcontractors, owners and permitting agencies
  • Produce and process subcontract change orders
  • Investigate and procure permits, insurance, and bonds as required
  • Attend and facilitate project meetings with team
  • Assist with coordination of trades in the field
  • Create and distribute schedule updates on projects
  • Create and produce close out documents
