About the project

This design-build project involved the conversion of an 18,000 sq. ft. laboratory into a high-end architectural space. In order to meet the very quick schedule, the project was phased to begin demolition before construction drawings were completed. The major structural upgrade occurred during the complete gutting of the interior; extensive shoring was installed to support the roof and ceiling. The high-end finishes include an atrium entrance with maple trim and interior staircase.
