Voluntary seismic upgrades to a two story unreinforced masonry building in downtown Oakland. This complete renovation of a 100 year old building included cleaning the exterior brick façade, replacement of the existing staircase, new storefront glazing, upgrades to the existing MEP systems and the addition of high end cabinetry and lighting throughout.
