This Tenant Improvement was completed in the newly renovated and restored Ferry Building Marketplace. The 4,000 foot San Francisco retail bakery, shipping area and sales floor included the installation of commercial baking equipment and high end cabinetry to display the finished products. Challenging logistics to facilitate plumbing routes required intense coordination within tight spaces.
