About the project
This project involved the construction of a new 5,100 sq. ft., one-story arts building for a private, 500-student school. The building has three main rooms: an art classroom, a music classroom, and a drama classroom. The music and drama classrooms also convert into a theater presentation room.
The overall construction work included site clearing, structural removal and minor demolition, site utilities, excavation, foundations and structural framing, building enclosure, interior construction and finishes, building utilities and equipment, site accessibility improvements, and landscaping and exterior play areas.
