The Loro Landing Apartments, located at 1604 San Leandro Boulevard in San Leandro is a new ground up complex that includes a single level concrete podium and parking garage with four floors of wood framed residential above. The project includes 62 units with a mix of studios, 1BR & 2 BR floor plans. All common areas and “fully built out” units will be ADA compliant and any remaining spaces will be “adaptable”. The first floor will have resident services and site management offices. The second floor podium courtyard will feature landscaping and areas for residents to commune and congregate.
