About the project

New construction of a 24,000 sq. ft. two-story education building and a laboratory school, arranged around a central courtyard. The laboratory school has six classrooms for infants through fifth grade childcare, and a library. The education building contains a faculty and administrative offices, and graduate student classrooms.

The architecture matches the existing campus buildings.  Site work involved a playground with extensive landscaping that blends the planted trees into the surrounding wooded setting. Finishes included two fireplaces, quarry tile floors, clay tile roof and mahogany trim. Project also included paved walkways and courtyard, playgrounds and fountain.
