These 1998 one and two story 98 semi-detached units were phased in conjunction with the Friendship Manor project. This Richmond Housing Authority project was an occupied rehabilitation that involved selective window or glazing replacement and printing on the exterior. Each unit received new forced air furnaces, bathrooms including water heaters, refinished casework at both bathrooms and kitchens, miscellaneous appliances and window coverings.
