About the project

Our client wanted to provide a face lift for the community areas and improved office areas for their onsite staff to enjoy while updating the building. We were engaged early in the process to assist the team in determining the most feasible items to renovate. A thorough review of the first floor was completed and the team worked together to prioritize and price the relevant items.

During the renovation we kept the community spaces safe and accessible while refreshing flooring, countertops and cabinets, acoustic ceiling tiles, doors, a fire curtain wall system, paint, roller shades, windows, signage, mailboxes and roof patching. An energy survey was conducted and energy efficient lighting and controls were installed to enhance the refreshed areas. The HVAC modifications included new units on the roof, linesets, fan coils, t-stats and condensate lines. On the exterior, man gates and fencing were replaced, a new ADA compliant sidewalk from the parking lot to the building entrance were added along with limited parking lot modifications for ADA compliance, repaving and restriping. We also relocated parking lot lights and replaced the sewer lateral.
