This project was funded with a refinance using the FHA 223(f) loan insurance program. The building was completed in the 1980’s and many of the windows and exterior plaster developed leaks. The scope of the project involved removing all the stucco, install sheathing and windows and to re-plaster and paint. Additionally some life safety and handicap accessible upgrades were completed.

The five story building has 80 units and is managed by Christian Church Homes. All units were occupied during all construction. BBI construction was selected for this project during the design phase. A voluntary community employment outreach program was part of the project.
