About the project
This occupied rehabilitation included new roof, entry gate improvements, waterproofing, planter reconditioning, common area upgrades and voluntary seismic upgrades. The seismic work was contained within the ground floor retail spaces. Each living unit was individually evaluated, but most units received new doors, flooring, lighting, painting, bathrooms and kitchens.
