About the project
This project is located at 2600 International Boulevard in Oakland and consists of a 24 Unit residential building constructed in 1927. The scope of work includes replacement and installation of new windows, stabilization of the brick veneer, modifications to two ground floor units for accessibility in addition to new accessible parking space and a ramp to allow access to the ground floor. There will also be some general cosmetic upgrades in some of the units.
