About the project
The Richmond Housing Authority completed this project in conjunction with Triangle Court. Renovations were made to one bedroom wood framed units that were originally built around 1973. Improvements include ADA upgrades, MEP upgrades, new casework in all kitchens and bathrooms, new tub surrounds and new furnaces in each unit as well as security upgrades and miscellaneous common area improvements.
