About the project
This project located in Downtown Oakland, consists of an 8 story CMU midrise over a garage that is being occupied while we perform voluntary seismic structural upgrades, replace the gas boilers, and add solar photovoltaic panels. There will also be a 522 square foot addition at the podium level.
The renovation includes selective interior finishes, including accessibility upgrades to 12 units kitchen and bathrooms. There will also be an expansion of the existing community room including improved lighting in the corridors and common areas in addition to limited mechanical, plumbing and landscape upgrades.
