About the project
This type 5B affordable housing development required updating. Our client requested we make the modifications while the development was occupied. 58 one, two three and four bedroom units received new windows, doors, interior finishes and new appliances. ADA upgrades associated with path of travel and parking areas were modified to meet current accessibility standards. Several sections of the exterior finish were also replaced and all the buildings were repainted. Bok panels were added as patio partitions in conjunction with some revisions to the play area.
