Working in partnership with our client, the Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC), BBI is proud to deliver a three building phased project with 100% low-income affordable housing in San Francisco. As part of the Throughline Project, three buildings; Elderly Bay Housing (Senior Housing), Consorcia (Multifamily), and Tower Hotel (SRO) received extensive renovation to create beautifully upgraded living spaces.
To successfully complete this project for our client, BBI coordinated with between 20 to 30 specialized subcontractors and vendors, our design partner, Saida & Sullivan, and city agencies.
