This project included major renovations of two existing wood frame warehouses that totaled 10,000 sq. ft. The project involved the demolition of the roof and building exterior and the gutting of the interior while preserving as much of the old building as possible. The unique interior structure of exposed trusses and open-space lofts was enclosed by a corrugated metal exterior.
