This 38,770 gross sq. ft. phased construction project was completed over a multi-year schedule. The completed first phase involved a tight schedule to complete renovation and additions to existing buildings during the summer. Scope included bump-out of four classrooms and extensive site work and playground renovation.

The completed first phase involved a tight schedule to complete renovation and additions to existing buildings during the summer. The completed second phase included two new one-story and two-story wood-frame buildings for classrooms, and recreation/ performance space. Construction occurred while the existing facilities were occupied and school was in session.
