Prospect Sierra School

This project involved the construction of a new 5,100 sq. ft. one-story arts building, for a private 500-student school. The building has three main rooms: an art classroom, a music classroom, and a drama classroom. The music and drama classrooms also convert into a theater presentation room.

The overall construction work included: site clearing, structural removal and minor demolition; site utilities; excavation; foundations and structural frame; building enclosure; interior construction and finishes; building utilities and equipment; site accessibility improvements; and landscaping and exterior play areas.
