About the project

This Montesorri school project included two phases.  Phase I was a 6 week fast track renovation of an existing 3,000 San Francisco building and the addition of new office space.  Phase II involved the construction of a new 5,500 San Francisco two story wood framed building with shakertown exterior siding, asphalt shingle roofing, skylights and concrete piers for structural seismic support.  The new building addition includes several classrooms, a science room and a multi-purpose room with hardwood maple and gymnasium styled flooring.  All of the work was completed while school was in session.
