About the project

An industrial food service upgrade of a 30,000 sf warehouse space, included the installation of a bulk flour system and wash down area in addition to the installation of major bakery equipment – 13 baking ovens, a spiral cooling tower, a pastry room, a tunnel freezer, proof boxes and a Mechatherm system.  Intense coordination allowed for the owner’s previous production facility to be relocated into the new site with zero down time.
