Pickleworks Shell Conversion

Shell conversion of an existing 19,200 sq. ft. pickle warehouse into a multi-use commercial building. Work involved restoration of the 120 ft. masonry facade by using gunite in the interior for structural support. New architectural details included an 800 sq. ft. lobby entrance with mezzanine and new store front windows. Site work included two parking lots with landscaping and interior lighting.
