BBI Construction recently completed the rehabilitation of Newark Gardens I, a vibrant, 150-unit, HUD Section 202 development for seniors and adults with mobility impairments. Upgrades to the late 1970’s wood frame building complex included residing, kitchens, exterior stairways and… All of the work was completed while the buildings were fully occupied and none of the residents were relocated during the construction.
