Morris (Moe) Wright, Principal
Moe is principal and co-founder of BBI Construction, and has more than 30 years experience in commercial construction and construction management. Having supervised over $400 million in construction projects, he has extensive knowledge of construction materials, costs, and applications. This expertise in the construction industry makes him invaluable in providing guidance to design-build / design-assist projects, particularly during the pre-construction and feasibility studies phases. In his new role as a board member and principal, Moe will focus on business development activities with new and existing clients. As an active member in his community, Moe is affiliated with many non-profit organizations including The Pacific School of Religion, Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay, First Congregational Church of Berkeley .

Tom McCoy, Principal
Tom has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry, and has managed over $200 million in construction projects, and is principal and co-founder of BBI Construction. He is also a Principal and Co-Founder of Chabot Properties, LLC a real estate development and management company. During the last 20 years he has supervised the development of more than $15 million of industrial, office, retail and special use projects. As a concerned businessperson, Tom takes an active role in his community. He is a board member of the West Oakland Commerce Association (WOCA) and the Co-Chair of the Committee to Rebuild Raimondi Park in West Oakland. Tom holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from U.C. Berkeley.

Kay Chan, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Kay is responsible for all financial and accounting functions with complete oversight of data processing and accounting personnel. Her responsibilities include financial planning, asset management, monitoring corporate and job cost budgets and expenditures and contract compliance. Kay received her B.S. Degree from U.C. Berkeley.
