Multi-phase fast-track conversion of two existing warehouses into high-end tenant office space. Multiple build-out includes conference rooms, computer testing facilities, computer server room, restroom and shower facilities, and landscaped courtyard. This 14,500 gross sq. ft. project also includes new skylights and installation of a new power service and HVAC system.
