Baywood Apartments

Renovation and refurbishing of six existing apartment buildings, each approximately 15,000 sq. ft. building area. The work includes removing and reinstalling the exterior stairs and siding/trim and exterior lighting on all six buildings. Dry rot work was also performed. Removed and installed new kitchen cabinets for 71 units as well as bathroom ventilation fans in all. The residential site was fully occupied during construction, which required sequencing the work to insure the safety and sanctuary of the tenants. The source of funding was through private, municipal, and HUD funds.
