The Adeline Place Condominium site was formerly the site of a check cashing business and purchased by the City of Emeryville to redevelop into a mixed-use development. The project is a 45,000 sq. ft four-story building that has 36 residential units over parking with 2,500 sq. ft. of retail at the street edge. Parking lifts are used to meet code parking requirements on the 14,000 sq. ft. site. Thirteen of the residential units are designated to be "below market" rate.
