BBI Construction is a mid-sized General Contractor serving the Greater San Francisco Bay Area with quality construction since 1974. We specialize in the renovations and new construction of schools, multifamily housing, commercial, biotech/pharma and institutional facilities. Most of our projects are private, negotiated work; the remainder is competitively bid. We routinely get involved in projects in the early stages of design to assist in the budget planning process and prefer to work as a team member along side designers and owners.
